Browser access to your staging URL at minimum. Source code access is optional yet improves coverage significantly. All staff are under NDA, all data is encrypted, and all equipment uses locked-down encrypted storage. We are pursuing SOC 2 compliance.
02Why would I give the team access to my source code?
Source code access lets the embedded team write automated tests tailored to your application, identify edge cases through code review, and find workflows not obvious from the UI. It is optional, and we deliver thorough hands-on QA with staging access alone.
03How do I hand work to the team?
You assign us a ticket the same way you assign your own team, on your board and in your tools. A senior engineer picks it up, and for QA work the Pinpoint CLI plugin can detect a push to staging and create a test round automatically.
